1. The Sydney Kings and Flames Courtside Box Competition is conducted by Beyond Bank Australia Ltd (ABN 15 087 651 143, AFSL / Australian Credit Licence 237856), 100 Waymouth Street, Adelaide, SA 5000.
2. Entry is open to persons over 18 who complete the entry form on the email or social post.
3. Employees, contractors, officers and directors of Beyond Bank or their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.
4. Multiple entries will be accepted per participant.
5. The Competition commences at 9:00am on Wednesday 1 February 2023 and closes at 12pm on Friday 10 February 2023.
6. The Competition first prize consists of:
- Premium seating for six in your corporate box, at the Sydney Kings First home final, date TBC.
- Access to the pre-game Chairman's Lounge function with gourmet food and beverage package – opens every game 2 hours prior to tip-off,
- In-game premium beverage service direct to your seat as well as re-fillable ESKY located within in your box,
- Entry to the post-game function with cash bar and potential player appearance,
- Skip the queues with your very own VIP Entrance to the venue,
- Plus 1 x P1 parking passes.
7. The total value of the prizes is $2000.
8. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
9. The winners shall be drawn at random at 12:30pm on 10 February 2023.
10. The winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 2 days of the draw and their name published on the Beyond Bank website within 7 days of the draw.
11. The Promoter will contact the winner and supply the tickets electronically to the winner.
12. If the prize remains unclaimed by 9:00am on Monday 13 February 2023, it will be redrawn. The redraw will be conducted at 9:30am on Monday 10 February 2023 at the same time and place as the initial draw. The winner(s) from the redraw will be notified by phone and/or email within 2 days.
13. If any prize is not available due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter shall be at liberty in its discretion to substitute the prize with another similar prize of equivalent monetary value.
14. The Promoter will use entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Unless otherwise advised, the Promoter may also use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages. 15. Subject to complying with all relevant State and Territory legislation, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this Competition if an event beyond the control of the Promoter corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition.
